Reseal balcony grouts in our apartment

Hi there, I’m seeking tile clean/regrout where needed for my kitchen and bathroom tiles. I’m renting an apartment in East Melbourne and have had no luck in doing myself and the real estate have been no help at all. I’m self funding. Kitchen floor tiles only 330cm L, 180cm W Bathroom Shower Walls H 190cm, L 160cm two sides * space not needing works. Entire Floor incl shower 250cm L, 160cm W Please let me know if you can help. Regrout shower and bathroom

Need the grouting cleaned and whitened in two showers, not a big job as quite clean but there are some little cracks too. I have grout you can use to fix them.

Edited: Need a refresh in 2 bathrooms- regrouting and resealing / silicone both showers: floors and probably 4 tiles high. It's not all bad. Some floor regrouting outside the shower, but maybe that's up for discussion. No leaks. Have added additional photos of two bathrooms.
